Maristella Casciato

Maristella Casciato is senior curator, hoofd Architectuur Collecties aan het Getty Research Institute in Los Angeles (2016-heden). Ze was Mellon Senior Fellow aan het Canadian Centre for Architecture, Montréal (2010), voordat ze benoemd werd tot assistent-directeur Onderzoek aan hetzelfde instituut (2012-2015). Ze was curator van verschillende tentoonstellingen over de planning van Chandigarh en publiceerde boeken en essays over het onderwerp. Tot haar meest recente publicaties behoren: The Metropolis in Latin America 1830-1930: Cityscapes, Photographs, Debates, samengesteld met Idurre Alonso (2021); Rethinking Global Modernism: Architectural Historiography and the Postcolonial, samengesteld met V. Prakash en D.E. Coslett (2022).
