Susan Holden

Susan Holden is an architect and senior l ecturer at the University of Queensland and a member of the ATCH Research Group (Architecture Theory Culture History). Her research links the study of architecture with understanding of its cultural, institutional and governance contexts. Recent areas of focus include cultural policy and heritage, urban design governance and the history of the architecture profession. She has published over 50 articles, book chapters and books and is co-editor of Fabrications. She contributes to the professional journal Architec­ture Australia and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects.
