Gilles Clément

Gilles Clément is a botanist, horticultural engineer, landscape gardener and writer. But he is above all a gardener who travels the planet
and pursues theoretical and practical works in three areas of research: Le Jardin en Mouvement, Le Jardin Planétaire and Le Tiers
Paysage. He taught at Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Paysage and at
the Collège de France. He is the author of several influential essays,
including Manifeste du tiers paysage and Le jardin en mouvement.
