Francesca Giudetti

Francesca Giudetti is a PhD candidate inthe History of Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano, where she mainly investigates
the early works of Gae Aulenti (1955-
1979). Simultaneously, Giudetti supports
the teaching activities for various courses.
She is part of the NEST project research
group (Politecnico di Milano, ABC
Department) and of the Women in Design
research group of the Unesco Chair in
Mantua. Giudetti is also an editor of the
Journal of Architectural Design and History
(ADH Journal). Before she obtained her
PhD, she was part of the 29th generation
of the Berlage post-master in Architecture
and Urban Design at Delft University of
Technology, and worked for several
architecture offices in Italy and in the
Netherlands.
