- Good Architecture?
- Abstract
- Architecture implies a ‘good search’ for architecture; looking for what precedes a project; it is on its way to what has to be sublimated and ‘glorified’ in the project. The quality of a project, however, always starts with the quality of the client. Good buildings are easy. The result of design and construction should be not simple, but easy. Architects do not resolve problems of form, but problems of construction, and are therefore removed from the randomness of design. In addition, architecture is always an urban task. There is a great deal of power and design energy contained in the city, and the actual function of good architecture is the structuring of the city.
