Anton Stuckardt is a graphic designer.He studied at the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Offenbach and the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. From 2014 to 2015, he was a researcher at the Jan van Eyck Academie in Maastricht, where he investigated the spatial implications of architectural rendering technologies, focusing on the thin space of the virtual. In 2014, he founded the publishing imprint zero sharp with translator Maximilian Gilleßen. They focus on the translation and publication of literature that explores specific writing procedures and mechanisms of language. Since 2016 he teaches typography at the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Karlsruhe.

OASE editors Bart Decroos, Sereh Mandias, Elsbeth Ronner and Kornelia Dimitrova wrote a Call for Abstracts for OASE #112 with the theme “Ecological Aesthetics”. This
issue of OASE is interested in contributions that investigate the role
of aesthetics in contemporary ecological practices and discourses in
