Tulay Atak

Tulay Atak is architect en architectuurhistoricus. Ze behaalde haar architectuurdiploma aan METU in Ankara en haar doctoraat aan UCLA in Los Angeles. Haar werk is gepubliceerd in verschillende tijdschriften, zoals Future Anterior, Journal of the Society of Architectural Historians (JSAH) en Publications of the Modern Language Association (PMLA), en in boeken, waaronder Byzantium/Modernism: The Byzantine as Method in Modernity, L’Invention d’un Architecte, No Touching, No Spitting, No Praying en Fragile City. Ze doceert aan Cooper Union en het Pratt Institute.
