Irina Davidovici
Irina Davidovici studied architecture in Bucharest and London and practiced in the offices of Caruso St John and Herzog & de Meuron in London, before obtaining her doctorate in the History and Philosophy of Architecture at the University of Cambridge (2008). Since 2012, she has lived in Zurich and is now senior researcher in the Chair of History and Theory of Urban Design at the Architecture Department of the ETH Zurich. Davidovici is the author of Forms of Practice: German-Swiss Architecture 1980-2000
(2012, 2nd expanded edition 2018). She received the RIBA Research Award in 2009 and the Harvard GSD Richard Rogers Fellowship in 2018.
