Claudia Conforti
Full professor of History of Architecture at the Department of Engineering at the Università di Roma Tor Vergata. She is a member of the editorial committees of national and international magazines: Casabella, Rassegna di Architettura e Urbanistica, Città e storia, Abaton (Madrid), Bulletin de l’Association des Historiens de l’art italien (Paris). She is a member of the Accademia Nazionale di San Luca and of the Accademia di Belle Arti of Perugia. Her research is aimed at modern and contemporary architecture, the history
of the city, the building crafts and the interactions between artists and patrons.
She has just finished the special volume of the Bollettino d’Arte, edited by Giovanna Sapori, dedicated to the Palaces of the sixteenth century in Rome.
